Bookings
The minimum stay is 3 nights. The house is self-catering and sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
All rates quoted are for the private use of the house for 2026.
1 night = 2500 ZAR
3 nights = 7500 ZAR
4 nights = 10.000 ZAR
5 nights = 12.500 ZAR
6 nights = 15.000 ZAR
Week Special = 17.000 ZAR
December holidays and Easter 3000 ZAR per night,
with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Specials are not in place during peak season.
For 2027 the rates are 2700 ZAR per night. Easter is 3000 ZAR per night and the December holidays 3400 ZAR per night.

Reservations
If you send us a reservation
by e-mail
we will send confirmation as soon as possible. To make your reservation definite we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total sum. The deposit needs to be in our bank account within 48 hours of your booking request.
After we receive the deposit we will block the requested dates on our calendar and we will send you the confirmation of your booking and payment. The balance needs to be paid no longer than 4 weeks before your arrival at Treetops Marloth Park.
After we have received the balance, we will send the information on the house and surroundings by e-mail.
We do not charge any additional reservation fees.
Cancellation policy
By booking you automatically agree with our rental conditions. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policies apply.
- Cancellations between 6 and 3 months before arrival 25% will be charged.
- Cancellations between 3 months and 4 weeks before arrival 50% will be charged.
- Cancellations < 4-1 weeks before arrival 75% will be charged.
- Cancellations < 1 week before arrival no refund
We assure you the money will be transferred back into your bank account immediately.
We only accept cancellations sent by E-mail
